3 - Use of our website
3.1 - The use of this website will only be used to carry out research and legal orders.
3.2 - It is not allowed to place false or fraudulent orders. If we consider that this happens, we will cancel your order and inform the competent authorities.
3.3 - We are allowed access to your email address, postal address and / or other data true and correct contact details. If there are difficulties in supplying products or there are no other items in stock, we will provide you with information on substitute products of equal or higher quality and value that you can choose to replace. If you do not wish to replace it, we will refund the amount in question.
We may at any time remove any products from this website, or change any material or content on it, always maintaining or improving the quality of the article in question.
In exceptional circumstances we may be forced to refuse to process an order. This will not happen without contacting you in order to expose the situation and find the best solution. While we always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after sending the Order Confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time.
We are not responsible for any removal or alteration of any product and content on this website or for the non-processing of an order since the Order Confirmation has already been sent.
5 - How to order
Mamicork sends its products to any part of the world.
To be able to buy at www.mamicork.com you need to register and create an account.
As a professional buyer you can also register, but you should preferably send an email specifying your business activity. In this case, we will contact you so that we can deal with your order directly with respect to prices, sizes, specific product specifications, etc.
6 - Delivery
Delivery of product orders is subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in supplying products or there are no other items in stock, we will provide you with information on substitute products of equal or higher quality and value that you can choose to replace.
Shipping Methods
Our products are delivered by Correos Express in Portugal.
In other countries, delivery is made by DPD.
If no delivery date is specified at the time of placing your order, we commit to sending deliver your order within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of confirmation of your order.
Delivery Times
Portugal - until 6 pm on the day after collection
Madeira and Azores - 2 days (in case of transport limitations can be extended)
European countries - 3-5 days
Remaining countries - 5-10 days
In the case of countries outside the European Union, customs fees will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary and are displayed during the online purchase process.
National orders over 60 € offer shipping.
International orders over 150 € have a 50% discount on shipping costs.
7 - Price of Products
All product prices include VAT at the legal rate.
The prices shown do not include delivery charges which are added to the total price of your order.
Product prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. In the event of price changes, products will be billed at the price in effect during the order placement.
Additional Tax
In this regard, and in accordance with Chapter I of Title V of Council Directive 2006/112 / EC of 28 November 2006, in the common system of additional tax, the place of supply must belong to a member state of the address where items must be delivered, and the applicable VAT must be according to the prevailing value in each member state where the items must be supplied according to orders placed.
According to the rules and regulations applicable in each jurisdiction, the "reverse charge" rule (article 194 of Order 2006/112) may apply to goods supplied in some member states of the European Union if the customer is a taxable person for reasons of VAT. If this is the case, no VAT would be charged by us, subject to confirmation by the recipient that the VAT on the items provided would be accounted for by the customer, under the reverse charge procedure.
8 - Means of Payment
Bank Transfer: You can pay for your order by transferring it to the account specified at the time of purchase. You must indicate your order number in the transfer description. Shipping will start after receiving payment on our account, which may take a day or two. If you do not make the transfer within ten days, the order will be canceled.
Payment with PayPal: Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account or your credit or debit card without having to share your financial information with Mamicork. PayPal automatically encrypts confidential data with the help of the best technologies available on the market. Orders paid through Paypal have no additional fee over the total amount.
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation. If you want an invoice with tax identification, you must request it when placing your order.
9 - Exchanges and Returns
Returns for manufacturing defect or error
It is necessary to check the order at the time of delivery, so that in the event that the item does not correspond to the one requested or has a manufacturing defect, we can proceed to a quick resolution of the problem.
To do this, you must contact us and request the collection of the article and resend the correct one, within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the goods, so that we can detect the source of the failure.
As soon as the problem is solved, you will be asked to collect the properly packed item for delivery to the carrier.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will appreciate the condition of the item, and if nothing else exists, a new item will be sent to you for replacement.
If it is impossible to send the same article, In extraordinary circumstances, and always with your consent, Mamicork will be able to send you a replacement article, of quality and characteristics equal to or greater than the returned article.
Items that have been damaged by misuse, neglect or negligence will not be replaced.
Returns for no reason
If you confirm the order and then regret the purchase, you can always return it within 14 days after the physical purchase of the product, with the cost of shipping and returning the same to the customer.
To exercise this right, you must notify us unequivocally, via email geral@mamicork.pt or through our contact form, of your decision, before the revocation period expires.
Under Dec. Law 63/2003 of 6 April, Mamicork reserves the right not to proceed with cash refunds, except in some exceptional circumstances.
You must send your products to the address indicated on www.Mamicork.pt without undue delay and never after 14 days from the day your decision was communicated to us.
Return expenses will be your responsibility.
You do not have the right to cancel the contract when it comes to the delivery of the following products:
Customized items.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, otherwise they will not be exchanged.
10 - Changes to the General Conditions of Purchase and Use
Mamicork has the right to review and modify these conditions at any time.
The user will be subject to the policies and conditions in force when using this website or when placing his order.
